📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement high-performance fiber optic networks using Cisco's OptiView and OptiConnect.
• Install and maintain fiber optic cables, connectors, and splices to ensure optimal network performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime and ensure service continuity.
• Conduct network audits and performance tests using tools like Fluke Networks and Exfo.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fiber optic networks with telecommunications and data center infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network designs, installations, and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fiber optics and telecommunications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fiber optics and telecommunications, with a focus on network design and implementation.
• Certifications in Fiber Optics (e.g., Fiber Optics Technician, Fiber Optics Engineer) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in using Cisco's OptiView and OptiConnect software.
