📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and curate high-quality exhibitions that showcase Indonesia's rich cultural heritage.
• Collaborate with artists, curators, and cultural institutions to create unique and engaging exhibitions.
• Oversee the entire exhibition process, including concept development, budgeting, scheduling, and installation.
• Manage exhibition budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Promote exhibitions through various marketing channels to attract both local and international audiences.
• Coordinate with venue staff to ensure smooth exhibition setup and operation.
• Monitor exhibition performance and gather feedback to continuously improve future exhibitions.
• Represent the Belitung Cultural Heritage Foundation at cultural events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Museum Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in exhibition curation, museum work, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cultural heritage and exhibition design principles.
• Proficient in using exhibition management software such as ExhibitWorks or MuseumNext.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for cultural heritage.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
