📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the sorting and grading of fruits according to quality standards.
- Participate in the packaging process, ensuring that all products meet our high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain our stringent hygiene and safety standards.
- Support the production team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that all logistics operations run smoothly.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, and report any hazards immediately.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to production and quality control.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the fruit processing or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of fruit sorting, grading, and packaging processes.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand and work for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
