📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage a team of store staff, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, order stock, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to implement store strategies and initiatives.
• Promote and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role.
