As a Hub Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including suppliers, drivers, and warehouse staff, to ensure that all logistics processes run smoothly. You will leverage your expertise in logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems to monitor and manage inventory levels, track shipments, and generate reports. With 3-5 years of experience in logistics and operations management, you will bring a strategic approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of logistics and operations staff, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Optimize logistics operations by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Track and manage shipments, ensuring they are delivered on time and in good condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics and operations management, with a focus on hub operations.
• Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
