Additionally, you will lead organizational development initiatives, such as talent management programs, leadership development, and change management projects, to ensure our workforce is equipped to thrive in a dynamic and competitive market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the organization's business objectives.
• Lead organizational development projects, including talent management programs, leadership development, and change management initiatives.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to foster professional growth.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with department heads to design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and organizational development to continuously improve our processes.
• Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR tools to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and organizational development, with a strong track record of successful projects.
• Certification in HR management or organizational development (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.
• Proficient in using HRIS and other HR software tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
