Permata Duta Lestari is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with excellent leadership skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to facilitate timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product integrity.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse team.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift (preferred).
