PT Optima Antar is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accounting to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll and ensure accurate payment of salaries and benefits.,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide support to the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
