📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and evaluate potential sites for acquisition in the Bandung area.
  • Negotiate and finalize site acquisition agreements with landowners.
  • Manage relationships with landowners and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all legal and financial aspects of site acquisitions are properly addressed.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential sites to assess their suitability for development.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that site acquisitions align with overall project goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in site acquisition or a related role in the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and regulations in Bandung.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
