📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Certification in IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL) is a plus.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Service Management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
