In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer transactions, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking operations and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Monitor and maintain cash levels in the teller area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a teller or customer service role in the banking industry.,Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using banking software and systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
