Local Mart Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning programs to help our employees develop their skills and knowledge. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning materials, including e-learning modules, training programs, and workshops.,Identify training needs and develop learning plans to address those needs.,Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure learning programs align with business goals.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their learning objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
