Adecco is seeking a dedicated PMO Business Analyst to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. This is a 7-month contract position as part of a global IT consulting project in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and project management, with a passion for driving efficiency and innovation in the banking industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct business analysis to understand project requirements and deliverables.,Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, project plans, and reports.,Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.,Support the implementation of project deliverables and ensure they meet business needs.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.,Provide business analysis support to the project team, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and solution design.,Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or project management, preferably in the banking or IT consulting industry.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and PRINCE2.,Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.,Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.,Experience in the banking industry is a plus.
