Onsite IT Technician - Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar & Surrounding Areas)

As an Onsite IT Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our clients’ IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining a wide range of IT equipment, including servers, network devices, and security systems. You’ll work closely with our clients to diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing expert support and guidance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure equipment, including servers, network devices, and security systems.
• Provide onsite technical support to clients, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems by monitoring performance and identifying potential problems.
• Collaborate with our global team to deliver high-quality IT solutions to clients worldwide.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure the security and efficiency of IT systems.
• Document all technical work and maintain accurate records of system configurations.
• Provide training and support to clients on the use and maintenance of IT equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and maintenance.
• Certifications in IT infrastructure, such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco CCNA.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various locations in Bali.
