📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing expert pharmaceutical care and support to patients, including medication counseling, prescription management, and medication therapy management.,Leading and mentoring a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, including providing guidance on best practices, quality assurance, and patient care.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those related to medication safety, quality, and patient privacy.,Collaborating with healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, and other pharmacists, to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and that all medications are used safely and effectively.,Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry, including new medications, treatments, and technologies, and incorporating this knowledge into your practice.,Providing leadership and direction to the pharmacy department, including developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.,Managing the pharmacy's inventory and ensuring that all medications are stocked, ordered, and dispensed in a timely and accurate manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,At least 3 years of experience as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and other relevant technologies.,Ability to travel and work in remote locations, as needed.
