📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disputes.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Oversee the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Lead and mentor junior HR staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
