📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise commis chefs to ensure high standards of food preparation and quality control.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and develop commis chefs to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor food costs and ensure efficient use of resources.,Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain product consistency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a commis chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven experience in leading and supervising a team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work additional hours as required.,Valid food handler's certificate.
