PT Baskoro Akasia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our team in Tenggarong. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to relevant authorities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
