📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.,Support HR operations by assisting with employee onboarding, offboarding, and data management.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply).,Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
