📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction process, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets and timelines using tools like AutoCAD and Procore.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control measures are in place.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of work.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure project timelines align with sales goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or project coordination.
• Proven experience with construction software such as AutoCAD, Procore, or similar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies like PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
