📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, supervise, and execute drilling and blasting activities to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and optimize drilling and blasting operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of drilling and blasting equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to the drilling and blasting team.
• Analyze and report on drilling and blasting performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance drilling and blasting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling and blasting operations in the mining industry.
• Certification in Drill and Blast Engineering or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of drilling and blasting techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Proficiency in using drilling and blasting software such as Vulcan, AutoCAD, and Surpac.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
