📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and productivity.
  • Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement company-wide strategies.
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the department.
  • Ensure that all departmental activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or company.
  • Strong understanding of the company's products, services, and market.
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with a focus on driving business growth and improving performance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
