📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, including project status, budget updates, and risk assessments.
• Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and industry standards, including environmental and safety protocols.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Provide on-site support and leadership to construction teams, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project coordination, with a strong background in facilities and infrastructure development.
• Proven expertise in project management software, including Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Construction Management (CM) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and industry standards, particularly in Bali.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety and quality.
