📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the role.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our team.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to junior recruiters to ensure they are meeting performance targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in hiring top talent.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
  • Valid HR professional certification is a plus.
