📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and parents, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Assist with class scheduling, room assignments, and general operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive guest experience.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Promote Happy Fish Swim School's programs and services to potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with basic office software such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
