📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in overseeing and coordinating production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular inspections of production processes to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of production processes.,Provide guidance and support to production team members to enhance their performance and skills.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the production area.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or production industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different production areas as needed.
